Consulting Services

One of our specialities is organisational consulting. We provide a range of services from short term information or assessment services, to large scale consultancies that may be up to 12 months duration anywhere in Australia.

In particular we specialise in Service or Program design, implementation and evaluation. We have expertise in both large and small organisations, from hospital settings to the smallest community programs.

To date, two of our designed programs have won GOLD TheMHS Awards (Prahran Mission and Aspire Tasmania). References are avaliable on request from a range of successful consultancies completed over the past 10 years.
